I feel my month notes updates are getting shorter and less timely. This was written well into June, as the end of May was busy with holiday preparation.

May was fairly busy, partially because work had to fit around a holiday, and holidays seem busier in general these days. We went to York and the Eden Valley, which was fantastic. A week of adventure farms and the Railway Museum, bookended by visits to our parents houses.

I took the boys to the National useum for a kids day, and caught up with friends at the Edinburgh Marathon.

I finished Bleak House, read Jane Eyre (and watched the BBC adaptation), and started To The Lighthouse.

Sleep is slowly but surely getting better for Rory, so we are optimistic that June and July will be much improved. We’re off to France for two weeks at the start of June, so will post later in the month!
